Grover created in 1981 in Thessaloniki, with original line up:
 PERTSINOS – VOICE
 MICHALIS PEZIRMANIDIS – GUITAR
 MISSION PISTALKAS – BASS
 VASILIS RAGTZIS – DRUMS
 
In November 1982 they recorded their first  demo with Mimis Burmas, one of  the most important guitarists of the greek rock scene. He passed away in 1985  at the age of 24, because of a car accident.
 
Participated  in  the COMPILATION ”DISRUPTION OF CITY PEACE” with the songs “Monotonia” (Monotony) & “S’ afti ti poli’ (In this city) with Thanasis Nikolaidis on the guitar.
 
In 1985 , bass  player and vocalist Apostolis Dadatsis joins the band. He was also (and still is) the leader of another historical punk rock band: Ektos Eleghou (Out of control) . In 1987 guitarist Stelios Tselios becomes member of the band.
 
From 1987 to 1993 there were many changes on the line up:
 CHRISTOS SOMETIS – KEYS
 KOSTAS KARAGIANNIS – SAXOPHONE
 MISSION PISTALKAS – BASS
 TAKIS POZOGLOU – GUITAR
 DIMITRIS STYLIANIDIS – BASS
 They participated in the compilation ”ROCK PROPAGANDA” with the song ‘Kindynos” (Danger).
 
By the end of  1993 Grover’s  current line-up  was meant to be the most important in the history of the group:
 PERTSINOS- VOICE
 TAKI POZOGLOU – GUITAR
 STELIOS TSELIOS – GUITAR
 DIMITRIS STYLIANIDIS – BASS
 LAZARUS PLIAMPAS – DRUMS
 
Their Self Titled album has been released via LAZY DOG records in 1994.
 
Until the end of 1998 the group is in it’s most creative stage with many new songs. Eventhough these facts were not enough to prevent band’s split up.
 
 On March 2005, after an invitation from friends to play as support to Zaount , a joint effort with their  good friends from Ektos Elegxou took place. Since then,the return of Grover is a fact with many live concerts dusring these years.The playlist includes also songs from Ektos Elegxou!

In 2010 the band releases “CRUEL WORDS” CD with 19 punk rock tracks which was written between 1981-1991 and finally recorded during 2009!!
